There’s something simple I’ve been wanting to do for a while.

On May 9th, I’m hosting a casual community pop-up at Holt Road Lodge here in Webster—just a chance to spend a spring afternoon together, see some familiar faces, and enjoy a few things with your family.

No agenda. No presentations. Just a relaxed space to stop by and stay as long (or as little) as you’d like.

📍 Location: Holt Road Lodge, Webster 255 Holt Road Webster
🗓 Date: Saturday, May 9
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM

What We’ll Have There...

We’ve put together a few things to make it easy and fun to stop by:

  • ☕ Coffee from Traveling Tom’s
  • 🍦 Ice cream from Neitsims
  • 📸 Free mini photo sessions (first come, first served)
  • 🎈 Bounce house for the kids

We’re also partnering with a great local business, Bert’s Bikes in Webster, to help support something important for families:

  • 🚲 Kids bike helmet gift cards (to be used at Bert’s Bikes for proper fitting, while supplies last).
  • You can learn more about Bert’s Bikes here:
  • Helmets only work when they fit correctly, so this is a way to help make sure kids are set up safely as we head into the warmer months.

Who It’s For...

This is open to anyone in the Webster and Ontario community.

Whether you’ve lived here for years, just moved in, or are nearby in Penfield—you’re welcome to stop by.

Feel free to bring a friend, neighbor, or just come as you are.

Why I’m Doing This...

These communities has supported my business for years.

And while real estate is a big part of what I do, this isn’t about that.

This is just a small way to give something back—to create a space where people can connect, kids can play, and neighbors can enjoy a simple afternoon together.

What to Expect...

This is meant to be simple.

  • You don’t need to sign up, and there’s nothing you need to bring—just stop by whenever it works for you between 11:00 and 1:30.
  • When you arrive, you can grab a coffee or ice cream, let the kids play, and take your time walking through everything set up.
  • If you’d like a quick family photo, the photographer will be there throughout the event—those tend to go quickly, so coming earlier is helpful.
  • For families, we’ll also have a limited number of bike helmet gift cards available. These can be used at Bert’s Bikes in Webster, where their team
  •  can help properly fit your child for a helmet.
  • It’s a simple way to make sure kids are set up safely as we head into the warmer months.
  • Feel free to stay a few minutes or linger a bit longer—whatever works for you.

I’d really love to see you there.
