This exclusive benefit is available to both home buyers and home sellers at no cost, and includes transportation within a 60-mile radius of Rochester, NY. It’s one of the many ways Lalla goes beyond the transaction to support a smooth move.
This service is exclusively available to Lalla’s active clients — sellers working under an Exclusive Right to Sell agreement, and buyers who have reached clear-to-close status on a purchase transaction.
Scheduling is required in advance and is subject to availability. Clients are responsible for loading, unloading, and securing all items. Service is designed to align with closing or move-in timing for a seamless transition.
Complimentary moving trailer service is available to qualified clients of Lalla Fitzpatrick and is subject to availability and scheduling. Service includes one local trip within a 60-mile radius of Rochester, NY. Transportation is provided by Lalla Fitzpatrick or a designated driver. Clients are responsible for loading, unloading, and securing all items. All items are transported at the client’s risk. This service has no cash value and is not contingent upon closing.
